At Merwave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the items are in unused condition.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
